Refund Policy – The Village Lake Resort
Thank you for choosing The Village Lake Resort. We strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will not be eligible for any refund.
2. No-Show Policy
- In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice), no refund will be provided.
3. Early Check-Out
- Guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund for the unused stay.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be credited to the original mode of payment.
5. Modification of Booking
- Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
6. Force Majeure
- In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies, refund or rescheduling requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
